Acceptance of terms

By using hibachiathome.ca or booking a hibachi catering event with Hibachi at Home, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use this website or our services.

Service area

We currently serve Toronto, the Greater Toronto Area, and nearby driveable Ontario communities. Muskoka and other cottage-country locations are served on a seasonal, by-request basis, subject to chef availability.

Pricing and payment

All prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD) and are current as of the date shown.

• Adults: CA$70 per person
• Kids (4–12): CA$40 per child
• Kids 3 and under: free
• Minimum food total: CA$700 per booking
• A travel fee applies and varies by distance from Toronto

Final pricing, including your travel fee, will be confirmed in writing before your booking is finalized.

Bookings, deposits, and cancellations

Booking, deposit, and cancellation terms (including any deposit amount and cancellation notice period) will be confirmed with you directly when your booking is scheduled and provided in writing at that time.

Food allergies and dietary restrictions

Please tell us about any allergies or dietary restrictions in your group when you book. While we make reasonable efforts to accommodate them, our cooking area is not an allergen-free environment, and we cannot guarantee the complete absence of cross-contact with any allergen.

Website use

This website is provided for the purpose of learning about and booking our catering services. Content on this site, including text and images, belongs to Hibachi at Home and may not be reproduced without permission.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Hibachi at Home is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or our services.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "last updated" date.
